Project Description
The 41st IAHR World Congress, co-located with SIWW Spotlight, was held from 22–27 June 2025 at Singapore EXPO under the theme “Innovative Water Engineering for Sustainable Development.” Organised by the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research with key partners including PUB, NUS, and NTU, the congress tackled critical challenges at the intersection of water management, climate resilience, energy, food security, and nature.
The event convened nearly 1,400 delegates from 60 countries, delivering 150+ technical and special sessions, 1,100+ presentations, 3 masterclasses, 4 workshops, 5 technical visits, 3 keynotes, and 4 high-level panels.
The combined Solutions Marketplace, spanning 2,000 sqm, featured 41 exhibitors from 12 countries, including pavilions from Singapore and China. The events attracted 1,056 trade visitors, with 20% international, cementing Singapore’s standing as a global hub for water innovation and hydro-environment research.
